Made our final selection of the builder. We believe that Fowler Homes can deliver the house that we want.
Still considered Fowler Homes after their average reviews on ProductReview.com.
Again : Price, Size and Inclusions.

Wisdom Tender Received

Finally Wisdom Tender received with incomplete soil reports and contours.
Really frustrating to get what not expected after paying the Tender request Deposit.

Manhattan :52 after changes 57sqm

Price Spiked in Master Bedroom Balcony for around $25,600.
Total cost mentioned in So called "Fixed Price Tender"

Still to go through in detail on Tender.

7. Ground Floor Ceiling to 2.74m
8. First Floor Ceiling to  2.6m
9. Media Room sliding door

References - Facades

Wisdom Homes - Quite quick and flexible for providing the references for the similar properties. Drive-pass 2 properties in Kellyville and Minto.

Fowler Homes -   Definitely their IT systems and field reports are not aligned. We were provided with 3 addresses and all incorrect. Sales Consultant apologised and promised to send the correct addresses. I can imagine now why they were winging for references.

Our Findings - 52sqm Wisdom Home does not look worth spending high $$. House seems to squeezed as compared to its size. Maybe because of less lightening, less windows. Missing VOID cud be a reason. Rooms was of good size with WIR.

Met Sales again !!

Fowler Homes (Portofino Grande) - Did few more changes in plans and had some price variations.
Trying to get bigger Void and ceilings to 2.7 Down and 2.6 upstairs.

On a beautiful  sunny day in Autumn, today we request tenders. Comparing  apples-2-apples( plans but not builders), but these are our final plans. Let me tell you something really interesting  my better half rejected almost 25-27 plans and these were her chosen ones....I was lucky that she being so picky, I was the chosen one ;)..Lucky me ;)

1. Wisdom Homes : Manhattan 52 but with few changes coming up 56sqm

Lot in Kellyville !

Bought Registered block (706sqm) in Kellyville on Balmoral Rd.
Consulted with various builders but the plans that we were after was with Fowler Homes and Wisdom homes.
